I'm Sr. Product Manager – AI at Amplifire, the adaptive eLearning platform built from brain science research. Amplifire detects and corrects knowledge gaps and misinformation in learners' minds, helping people master faster, retain longer, and perform better. I work closely with the CEO, data scientists, engineers, and instructional designers to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered initiatives across Amplifire's learning and authoring ecosystem — serving healthcare systems, universities, and Fortune 500 companies.

Before Amplifire I spent 16 years at Gleim Publications in Gainesville, FL, growing from developer to Director of Product Development. That arc — from writing code to running a 20-person cross-functional team — shapes how I work today. I speak fluently with engineers, understand the real cost of technical complexity, and have shipped products across the full stack: adaptive learning algorithms, analytics platforms, video products, accessibility compliance programs, and AI integrations. At Gleim I launched Prep Pal, an AI chat assistant that hit a 60% trial rate within three weeks, and drove 60%+ AI adoption across the organization.

I'm fundamentally curious, and I feed that curiosity by being data-driven. I built a 30+ report analytics methodology from scratch because I needed to understand how learners actually used the product — not how we assumed they did. That instinct — interrogate assumptions, find the signal in behavioral data, build features that serve real needs — runs through everything I ship. I believe AI is transformative for EdTech not as a gimmick, but because it can close the gap between what a learner needs right now and what a static platform typically delivers.
